Drama Lab camp is for everyone!

 

Camp is 4 days of 2 hour Drama Lab sessions packed with improv based, confidence-building activities for 1st-5th graders. Camps are a great way to introduce kids to theatre and improv.

 

The first half of each day will focus on improv based games to help the actors learn active listening, adaptive response, and working as a group. The second half of each day will be focusing on projection, character development, enunciation, emotion in preparation for our show which we will perform on Thursday of camp. The show is a variety show style performance open for family and friends.

We are passionate about making sure every child has a part in the show. Every actor will be offered a part and lines in the show that fits their unique personality, but if an actor would rather be stage crew, that is okay too.
